The nature of this in- sight is that human cognition and behaviour are powerfully influenced by sets of beliefs and assumptions about life and reality.  This is a powerful insight that forms the backbone of coaching sessions with Kate who will take you on an exploratory journey to unleash a transformational world of opportunity. 

Kate embarked on her coaching journey in 2021 and qualified as a transformational life coach in 2022 and as a Corporate and Executive coach in 2023.

Kate offers a bespoke psychological, holistic and humanistic approach in both life coaching and executive coaching to a wide plethora of clients. Her specialisms include coaching young entrepreneurs in setting up business ventures and career coaching.  She has most recently completed a qualification in coaching leaders in times of crisis and has a particular interest in team dynamics in the workplace.
